With demand for nationwide pricing, carriers may ‘opt out’ of servicing Arizona customers if their packages don’t comply to new ‘cell phone rights.’ The government should interfere in private contracts only where public interests are truly threatened, not because some users don’t read the fine print on cell phone contracts. They are using public airwaves.... They all tend to have horrible service. I think it's about time cell phone companies had their feet put to the fire.

But I do agree that Govt should stay out of private business for the most poart---like the Bear Stearns bailout.
