Obama on drilling

Obama: “The U.S. has 3% of the world’s oil reserves.  We use 25% of the world’s oil.  We can’t drill our way out of the problem.”  But focusing on domestic reserves ignores the fact that America is the third-largest oil producer in 2006 and we currently produce about 40% of our annual consumption.
