You won’t find much about it in the mainstream media, but Climategate is all over the internet and considering the UN’s Climate talks in Copenhagen this week, folks should understand the basics of Climategate and what “hiding the decline” actually means. You may be surprised to discover that this isn’t a simple trick of hiding some temperature measurements, but rather omitting a millennia worth of “proxy data”, and hiding it to meet the goals of the Climate Research Unit to convince us of “Global Warming” trends.
