President Obama admits that his Cap and Trade program will make electricity rates skyrocket

Do we really need new programs in place, based on faulty and distorted information (see Climategate article) to make Americans shell out even more money than they now do for the same amount of electricity?  President Obama apparently believes that we do.  Watch him admit that higher costs, based on his programs, will be passed along to consumers from our energy companies....
