Copenhagen agreements not legally binding, but still must be fought

Today the President agreed to the largest fund transfer to developing nations based on a single, unproven issue: man-made climate change.  The promise of $10 billion a year for 2010-2012 is followed by $100 billion a year through 2020 to developing nations.  These days, government spewing numbers in the billions is commonplace, but put these numbers in perspective: in 2008, the total amount the US gave to official development assistance (ODA) was $26 billion.
