Nonie Darwish
Nonie Darwish founded Arabs For Israel. Raised as a Muslim in Cairo and the Gaza strip, she is a writer, translator and public speaker. After her father, who headed Egyptian military intelligence in Gaza and the Fedayeen operations under Nasser, was assassinated in 1956, Darwish attended the American University in Cairo and became a journalist and editor at the Middle East News Agency. She now works to bring peace to the Middle East through Arabs for Israel.
