New federal sign postings warn residents to avoid certain border areas due to “criminal activity.” The Governor says undefended land within the American border is “unacceptable.” The letter is a strong call for federal government action to secure the border including keeping public promises made but not implemented; National Guard Troops and $500 million in additional funds.
